Water Treatment
Treats over 16 billion gallons of water per year (over 40m gallons/day)
– Around the clock analyses of water quality
– Extensive regulatory requirements consistently met and exceeded
Water Pumping
Supplies clean water to over 350,000 people
– Evanston & Surrounding suburbs
Water Distribution
– Maintains and repairs over 160 miles of water main

Sewer Collection System
– Maintains and repairs over 180 miles of sewer main
– Maintains, repairs and replaces as needed 5,000 manhole
structures and 8,000 drainage structures
– Responds to basement backup and street flooding concerns

– Over a decade to construct
– Over 55 miles of relief sewer main
