 Communicates any change in functioning, health status, or behavior to the Community Living

 Submits regular written reports as required. 
 In conjunction with Human Resources and the Community Living Supervisor, interviews and hires 
staff for each home, as per authorized staffing patterns and support needs of the clients served. 
 Maintains familiarity with and implements all accreditation standards as well as any and all other 
requirements mandated by the contracting agency. Maintains client and personnel confidentiality 
according to agency’s HIPAA practices.

for on-going education as required. 
 Support Community Living Supervisors in completing performance reviews annually and as 
needed. 
 Ensures that follow up items from the monitoring reports are completed in a timely manner. 
 Performs a monthly audit of household spending and all other client funds. 
 Maintains professional relationship with guardians and family members frequently or according to 
their preferences.
