according to agency’s HIPAA practices.
Supervises the maintenance of all clients’ files to ensure all requirements are met.
Coordinates, conducts, and attends all Community Living meetings, in-services, and opportunities
for on-going education as required.
Support Community Living Supervisors in completing performance reviews annually and as
needed.
Ensures that follow up items from the monitoring reports are completed in a timely manner.
Performs a monthly audit of household spending and all other client funds.
Maintains professional relationship with guardians and family members frequently or according to
