Social Services Director – Covered all aspects of Social Service needs, resident advocate on
concerns and needs, worked closely with families on their concerns and planned care plan meetings
to resolve issues rather it be in nursing, dietary, maintenance and kept record of all complaints and
oversaw that complaint was resolved. Conducted the MDS Social sections for MDS which includes
