3. Stand Up for Yourself
Let the bully know that their actions are unwanted
and that they are not making you feel good about
yourself.
Use a confident and firm voice when addressing
bullies.

4. Do not fight back
However hard it may be do not fight or retaliate.
This could lead to more serious consequences such
as being hurt or even you getting in trouble.
5. Don’t Blame Yourself
When children are bullies they sometimes blame
themselves and start to find things that are ‘wrong’
with them.
It is not your fault you are being bullied it is the
bullies own problems or insecurities.
6. Be Strong
It is a bully’s aim to try and make you upset or feel
weak.
So a bully cannot complete their objective if you
remain strong and don’t let them bring you down.
7. Your Turn
Task: To design a PowerPoint on how to either stop,
deal with bullying or both.
Then post it on the Website shown by in class so that
all your classmates can see.
