即使我不懂你的語言，還是經常跟我說說話。當跟我講話時，
我認得出那是你的聲音。要知道，無論你對我多好，我都會銘
記在心。

11. Remember before you hit me that I have teeth that can easily
crush the bones in your hand, but I choose not to bite you.

12. Before you scold me for being uncooperative, obstinate, or lazy, ask
yourself if something might be bothering me. Perhaps I don't
understand what you ask of me or perhaps I am not feeling well,
not getting the right food, or my heart is getting old and weak.
當你罵我不合作，不聽話或懶惰的時候，請你自問，是否有什
麼事情正困擾著我。也許我不瞭解你要我做什麼，也許我感到
不舒服，沒有吃東西，或者我的心臟已經太弱太老化了。

14. Take care of me when I get old. Remember you will get old too.

16. Go with me on difficult journeys. Never say, "I can't bear to watch" or
"Let it happen in my absence." EVERYTHING is easier if you are there.
在最後艱辛離別的行程中請跟我在一起。我絕對不會說，「看著
安樂死過程而無法接受」或是「等我不在的時候才執行它。」如
果有你在身邊，對我來說這一切都顯得輕而易舉了。
