5. Maintaining Monthlyreport.
6. Billschecking&forwardingtoHO.
7. Closingof Dicrepancy details (both fromKAI &also dealers).
8. Maintain‘prefered courier/transporter' foreach dealer.
9. Findout vendorsforcourrier/consumables purchase /repairs& maintenance of Tools&
Equipments. Followup&co-ordinate withGovt /consultant to complylegal /statutorynorms.
10. Reportto HO onany discrepancies noticed while receiving,binning,checking,piciking.
11. Check& monitortheir quality of work,attitude,updation of bincard,maintainingracks&
binsneatly. Ensure tools, trolly,reachforkliftare usedproperly .
12. FollowupwithHO forinvoices once pickingiscompleted. 100% despatch of parts same day
againstinvoicesreceived forthe day. Nobacklog or dicrepancy onthisissue.
13. Followup withcourier/transporterforpickup& checkmonthly billson receiptfrom courrier
/ Transport companies.
14. Everymonth check physical stock qty of those parts whichwere sold inthe previous
month. Submitthe reportto HO withdiscrepancydetails.
15. Check stockof consumablesfortwomonths. &sendrequest toHO before stockout for
replenish.
16. Everyday contact dealers & confirm whether theyhave receivedthe parts within the
time schedule If there ismore delayindelivery, escalate this issue toHO.
