as Sr. Assistant Manager Operations.
CJ Korea Express pvt. ltd, has an Korean MNC. It is leading logistics expert .CJ Korea express provide the
Differentiated service of integrated logistics to Create value based supply chain management. In India CJ korea
express introduce their services since 2011, such as parcel delivery solution for E- Commerce industry,
transportation, warehousing & freight forwarding .
Key Responsibilities: B2C Operations for Delhi/NCR & UP.
1. Responsible for timely Delivery of Client Products to their Customer and transfer Collected COD
Amount form Customer to Clint With in 36 Hrs of Delivery.
2. Continuously improve the delivery process to maintain the sustained level of delivery performance &
improve the delivery Ratio.
3. Prepare Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks of parcel Delivery operations
and towards improvement.
4. Responsible for Client & Vendor product Reconciliation and Claim Settlement.
5. Responsible for Client billing with accuracy and submit the same to the concern clients with in decided
time line. Also support Clients in bill reconciliation.
6. Responsible for Vendor management Such as selection of right vendor, agreement finalization &
timely agreement renewal, check the invoice submitted by vendors get it approve by senior authorities
and submit it to finance department for payment process.
7. Support in IT up gradation for better record & user friendly systemexcess.
8. Identify problematic area and make Action Plan to improve the Service Level in identified area.
9. Solving Critical issues Create by Consumers & Client.
10. Support in expansion such as Cost planning & profit Simulation, set up of infrastructure, also monitor
the operations closely till it is not get stabile.
11. Management reports- weekly Delivery performance Report, RDC (Branch) wise Profit & loss, PI
Reports & Claim settlement Reports monthly Business projection report with minimum 95% accuracy.
12. Handing the operations of 16 branches entire Delhi NCR & UP total team strength 250 peoples and 3-
area managers direct reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for stock movement inward & outward
2. Maintaining and managing inventory of warehouse 10000 SKUs & more than 11 Lac inventory.
3. Responsible for security, scheduling and safety of warehouse.
4. Timely execution of Customer orders.
5. Handling customer queries and providing salutation to them.
6. Providing MIS Report on daily basics and Monthly performance Report ones in the month to

customers of AFL.
1. Providing Single Point Solution to the customer for all Crucial Issues.
2. Taking care of All Warehouse related issues and coordinating with them to ensure smooth flow of
Material Receipt & Dispatching. Ensuring all related MIS on regular basis like Monthly Stock Report,
Stock Variance Report, Daily Activity Report.
3. Taking care of all Serviceable Deliveries, Warehouse TAT, MIS Report Accuracy.
4. Analysis of Monthly Service Levels Reports and share with Customer.
5. Investigating & Fact Findings of Loss/Damages/Shortages and any other discrepancies cases. Ensuring
timely settlement of such cases suitably.
6. Ensuring enhanced revenue from my customer by increasing the share in comparison of other
competitors.
7. Manage pick-ups and delivery of shipments
8. Follow-up for pick-ups and deliveries as per the planned schedule
