Key Responsibilities: B2C Operations for Delhi/NCR & UP.
1. Responsible for timely Delivery of Client Products to their Customer and transfer Collected COD
Amount form Customer to Clint With in 36 Hrs of Delivery.
2. Continuously improve the delivery process to maintain the sustained level of delivery performance &
improve the delivery Ratio.
3. Prepare Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks of parcel Delivery operations
and towards improvement.
4. Responsible for Client & Vendor product Reconciliation and Claim Settlement.
