Key Accountabilities
Monitor adequacy of inventory level in order to supervise & control sizeable inventory of standard
consumables, loss prevention items at ware house. Specialist selection in procurement, cataloguing,
storage and preservation in relation to all materials.
Materials Stock Control & Inventory
Ensure that material is properly received, inspected, stored and issued to all branches of BA to meet materia
requirement and accelerate work progress and stock replenish and optimum stock level through computer.
Warehouse Management
Ensure correct storage and preservation of procured spares by providing detailed recommendation and
conducting periodic audit of storage facilities, conditions, preservations routines and keeping of adequate
records. Supervise and monitor all function and technical activities followed.
Timely Mobilization of Material & Services
Ensure timely mobilization of stores services and material for required jobs from resources available at
different ongoing branch
Optimum Utilization of Resources
Optimum utilization of all resources including stores manpower, material, inventory, equipments, other
related item arranging.
Disposal of Surplus Material & Scrap
Process disposal /write offs request to timely disposal of surplus material, aging, obsolete, redundant or
surplus stock reviewed on continuous basis as necessary and in accordance with the company policies.

Duties & Responsibilities
• To Supervise and controlling all relevant jobs of warehouse inventory system to
minimize stock holding, maximizing utilization
• Review inventory report that the key critical areas of stock system are monitored and
discrepancies, if any are addressed and resolved.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.
• Provide the company’s objectives policies and procedures for the activities of
procurement, materials specifications and warehousing management stock controlling,

Arrange and provide Materials are ready for delivery as and when required.
• Review request for replenishment, call off orders, proposal for new stock proposal and
various technical commercial evolutions.
• To check identify and advise procurement on sourcing for critical items. Take care of
