OBJECTIVES:
 to train 21 youth workers from the partner countries about
entrepreneurship and work with different categories of young people
 to up-skill 21 youth workers from the partner countries to be able to
offer support for youth businesses (how to start, maintain and develop
a business)

That’s entrepreneurial! – definition of entrepreneurship concepts,
understanding and reflecting on entrepreneurs’ profile
Youth Needs&Interests - how to identify the needs of
the target group, understanding the needs&motivations
of the youngsters, knowing the working profile,
of the target groups for the preparation of the course
curricula
Training Needs Assessment (TNA) – definition of the
concept, steps to conduct TNA ( Identify Problem and
Needs – Determine organizational context (policy, goal,
roles & responsibilities); Perform gap analysis; Set
objectives, Determine Design of Needs Assessment –
Determine target groups to be trained, interviews, survey
methods, schedule; Collect Data – Conduct interviews,
Administer questionnaires and surveys, Review
on the existing trainings; Observe people at work ,
Analyze Data – Conduct quantitative and qualitative
analysis, Drawing conclusions and recommendations on
training contents; Write a report., Provide Feedback –
Determine next step for training preparation),
Study Visit to a Agrotourism Entrepreneur in Gorj County
– presentation of the business, idea, implementation,
Q&A session
Business Oportunities - how to recognize opportunities
and turn them into business ideas, what Makes a Good
Business Opportunity?
 Networking & Partnerships – definitions, benefits of networking and
partnerships,
 Mentorship – definition and process, principles of menthorship, tools
 Resources – definitions, types of resources
 In-depth knowledge & Eva: Business opportunities, Networking &
Partnerships, Mentorships, Resources
 Sharing ETP (presentations, debates, Q&A session)
 Evaluation of the TC – evaluation questionnaires, face painting, group
discussions
ETP – entrepreneurship training program – designing
the draft of a training course for youngsters.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Abilities/knowledge and competencies acquired by the youth workers during the
training course:
 presentation and facilitation skills with regard to entrepreneurship education
 ability to develop new training concepts and to develop and implement the methods
necessary in the field of entrepreneurship education
 ability to act as motivators and build positive attitudes of youngsters
 ability to develop and implement holistic learning experiences in entrepreneurship
education, being able to use the creative potential of the learners
 cooperation skills in international teams of trainers
 knowledge on youth entrepreneurship in Europe
 capacity to position their role inside their organization in more structural frames
 capacity to reflect on the issue youth unemployment
Competence to facilitate group learning processes in the field of youth
entrepreneurship education
 ability to choose/create appropriate methods for the topic and to adapt the
ones to different situations
 ability to create a proper learning environment taking into account different
of young people
 ability to support youngsters in identifying and pursuing their needs and interests
Competence for networking and partnerships:
 ability to organize the resources identified during the course and use them
in the home organization
 ability to share information, experiences and own resources and made them
available with the other youth workers
 ability to build partnerships with other youth workers and create effective
 understanding of their professional role in relation with other stakeholders
