This document outlines the objectives and topics of the ENTREPRENEURYOUTH training course. The course aims to train 21 youth workers from partner countries on entrepreneurship and supporting youth businesses. Topics include defining entrepreneurship, identifying youth needs, conducting training needs assessments, studying a local agrotourism business, recognizing business opportunities, networking, mentoring, and resources. Participants will develop an entrepreneurship training program and gain skills in presentation, facilitation, developing training concepts, international cooperation, and supporting youth unemployment. The course aims to improve youth workers' abilities to foster entrepreneurship education and learning among young people.

3. OBJECTIVES:
to train 21 youth workers from the partner countries about
entrepreneurship and work with different categories of young people
to up-skill 21 youth workers from the partner countries to be able to
offer support for youth businesses (how to start, maintain and develop
a business)

Abilities/knowledge and competencies acquired by the youth workers during the
training course:
presentation and facilitation skills with regard to entrepreneurship education
ability to develop new training concepts and to develop and implement the methods
necessary in the field of entrepreneurship education
ability to act as motivators and build positive attitudes of youngsters
ability to develop and implement holistic learning experiences in entrepreneurship
education, being able to use the creative potential of the learners
cooperation skills in international teams of trainers

capacity to position their role inside their organization in more structural frames
