Most small businesses are using Facebook updates – two thirds are on that platform according to a recent study by Vertical Response.Half are using TwitterGoogle + and Pinterest have yet to catch on.Only 6% of the 500 business owners surveyed said they're on Linked In once a week, and others were there even less.  Only 36% are using paid analytical or scheduling tools – the ROI?  Most businesses don't know.  Four times as many business owners said they are increasing their social media marketing budgets as said they are decreasing it.
