1. Intervention Lesson Plan Assignment
Due Session 11 – April 7, 2011
1. Participants will select three bubble students with similar reading deficiencies.
2. Participants will develop an intervention lesson plan that includes four
sessions. Each session will include the following:
 Set a GOAL for each session.
 Create an ACTIVITY (attach artifacts for each activity) to support
your goal for each session.
 Write about what you OBSERVED during the activity/lesson.
 Write a REFLECTION about the activity/lesson and the impact it had
on student learning. For example, what additional support does the
student need or was the strategy effective.
3. The intervention lesson plan must be typed and submitted to the instructor.
There should be THREE intervention lesson plans submitted along with an
artifact for each activity.
