PRODUCT TECHNICAL DATA
PRODUCT DESCRIPITION : BCM # K-68 BLACK SH-30 PRIMER is a water dilutable primer based on acrylics modified
anti- corrosive pigment, direct to metal, low VOC. It used for protection of steel pipe, galvanize
steel, auto parts or general industry.
SURFACE PREPARATION : All surfaces to be coated must be clean, dry and free from contaminated.
APPLICATION Mixing : Should be mixed thoroughly and diluted with drinking water approximate 30-60% or Bcm’s
technical recommended and stir with slowly power agitator before application.
Application Method :
Thickness : 20 ± 5 microns.
PHYSTICAL DATA Colour : Black matt. Density : 1.10 - 1.30
Solid by weight : 42.0% ± 5.0 * V.O.C. : ≤ 35 g / lt
Gloss : ≤ 10 pH : 8.5 – 9.5

OTHER CAUTIONS • : 1. Do not apply at humidity greater than 85 % R.H
