The molded polyester layers provide excellent functionality for highly viscous liquids. Controlled gradient porosity throughout the cartridge extends service life. It is suitable for applications in food/drink, electronics, and chemical engineering.

The Claryfil Visco M cartridge filters are an example of breakthrough
in fiber technology. Claryfil Visco M Filters are designed and
optimized for high-temperature liquids and organic solvents for
which olefin filters are not suitable. To meet diverse process
requirements, the Claryfil Visco M cartridge filter is made of
polyester. It provides superior functionality for a wide range of
applications. Consisting entirely of molded layers, the filter provides
excellent functionality with highly viscous liquids. The molded
layers function as a support for the cartridge filter. Further the
controlled gradient porosity throughout the cartridge extends the
service life.
Features and Benefits
+ The use of polyester fiber as the material makes it possible to use the Claryfil Visco M cartridge filter for applications for which
olefin SEKISO filters are not suitable, such as filtration of high temperature liquids and organic solvents.
+ The entire filter is thermally bonded and formed into a single molded unit. This results in high pressure tolerance and suitability
for use with highly viscous liquids.
+ High precision and extended service life are achieved by controlling the fiber density gradient, which is key to filter
performance.
+ The entire filter is thermally bonded, forming gaps between the uniform fibers and providing extremely stable and
precise filtering.
+ All products are washed post manufacturing to ensure removal of surface active agents and other contaminants for little
or no foaming.
