Product Specifications:
DESCRIPTION: RX320 is an unplasticised UV resistant PVC compound and will be supplied as a
standard formulation as confirmed by infra-red spectroscopy. This grade is designed for the
production of Rigid Profiles and depending on the processing, installation and environmental
conditions could last up to 5 years. However, should these profiles be exposed to certain gasses and
chemicals premature cracking and discoloration could occur.

Specifications for Silicone sealer to be used:
NU-GLAZE 600 is a fast cure, low modulus silicone sealant
which cures with atmospheric moisture to form a highly
elastic rubber seal providing excellent performance in
glazing and construction applications. NU-GLAZE 600 is
unaffected by high or low temperatures and has
outstanding weathering and UV resistance. It is
recommended for use in building joints and glazing
applications.
