1) Mix the reducer in main emulsion, concoct oxidant to aqueous solution with fixed ratio.
2) Formed into 2 group of emulsions, spraying out though PMJ-W-3 high pressure airless spraying system
3) The airbrush on PMH-W-3 spraying system will mix the 2 group of emulsions and spray it on the formation level
4) Emulsion will shaping to waterproofing membrane in 1-3 seconds.

To guarantee the uniformity of the thickness, should control the thickness ≥ 3mm, see image below for control

Clearance and trim of formation level
Formation level should be clear or trim if dust deposit or water accumulated in large area。
Formation level clean
If dust content >10% at formation level, suggest to use high pressure water or gas to clear the formation level

Trim collapse rock, big hole and cement burr, spraying should be start at least 24 hours later after use cement mortar to fix them

locality Drainage material use>400g/m'geotextile, fix geotextile by nail gun, form a 50-60cm draining net. If infiltration is big, could use
spring tube method and semi-circle iron sheet method to drainage.
Preparation of the Emulsion
Main Emulsion is semi-finished in our factory, when you are in construction site you just need to mix the
main emulsion and reducer together by fixed ratio, mix the oxidant with emulsion and send to spraying
machine separately.

Quality control of the waterproofing membrane:
·Thickness, selective examination by special testing tool
·Honeycomb, pinprick, testing by visual observation
·Seam, testing lap strength of the last spraying, should begin 24 hours later since spraying
We have done physical, chemistry and dynamic experiment in laboratorial condition, check form below
for the results.
Conclusion: Both physical and mechanical Indexes of this spray-applied membrane are reaches
waterproofing material standard, fully fit the requirements of waterproofing.
In chemistry, this membrane is a stable material. After PH soak test by national standard, itdidnot
affectmembrane'sfunction.
Special thing is the membrane is placed between concrete and sprayed layer, basically insulation with
air, thus the membrane keep its feature for a long time.

with PE+ Geotextile Waterproofing Board
Price of Spray-applied membrane is higher than waterproofing board, However, the processing
cost of spray-applied membrane is lower than waterproofing board. The sum cost of both kinds of
materials are nearly equal.
However, spray-applied membrane have better waterproof effect, more integral, easier and faster in processing.
No cutting and joints, higher utilization ratio.
