BCM # K-68 BLACK SH-30 is a water dilutable acrylic primer modified with anti-corrosive pigments. It is used to protect steel pipes, galvanized steel, and auto parts. The primer has a density of 1.10-1.30, 42% solids by weight, and less than 35 g/L VOC. It is applied in thin coats of 20±5 microns using air spray, airless spray, brush, or roller. The primer dries to the touch in 15 minutes and is fully cured within 40 minutes.

PRODUCT DESCRIPITION : BCM # K-68 BLACK SH-30 PRIMER is a water dilutable primer based on acrylics modified
anti- corrosive pigment, direct to metal, low VOC. It used for protection of steel pipe, galvanize
steel, auto parts or general industry.
SURFACE PREPARATION : All surfaces to be coated must be clean, dry and free from contaminated.
APPLICATION Mixing : Should be mixed thoroughly and diluted with drinking water approximate 30-60% or Bcm’s
technical recommended and stir with slowly power agitator before application.
Application Method :
Thickness : 20 ± 5 microns.
