This intake form has many questions that are important to understanding the whole person. As highlighted previously, the intake form has several
questions across all three dimensions that enables a mental health professional to consider that client's life and where areas of challenge are. I

the brain at increasingly rapid rates. Organizations such as the US National Institute of Mental Health have been established to transform our

today are able to study the neural activity of the brains of people diagnosed with different mental health disorders which is much more extensive
