Log-in To Your Team Manager Account
When your team is set up by your Club or Dealer,
you will be sent an email from
support@teamuniformorders.com.
ā¢ Click the link in the email to go to the Ordering
Platform login page.
ā¢ Enter in your temporary username and password.
ā¢ Update your username and password on the next page.
Once logged in, you will be taken to your Team Dashboard.
Part One ā Logging In To The System And Prepping Your Team
Your first step as Team Manager is to log in to the system and familiarize yourself with your Team Dashboard.
After that, you will need to send an email to your parents/players explaining the online ordering process.
INTRODUCTION: Welcome to the TeamUniformOrders.com Automated, Online Team Ordering Platform! This
system has been designed to help make Team Ordering simple for you and your team. As a Team Manager, you
will need to do THREE things:
ā¢ Prep your team via email on the process and what they will need to do.
ā¢ Enter your roster of players into the system.
ā¢ Monitor progress and send reminders to ensure completion by your teamās deadline.
Overall, managing your team should take no more than TWO hours of your time. If you have questions about
the system along the way, please email those questions to support@teamuniformorders.com. All non-system
questions should be directed to your Dealer contact.

Preview Your Teamās Shopping Page
ā¢ In the top right of your Dashboard, clickāPreview Store
Shopping Cartā. This will take you to a preview of what
your players will see.
ā¢ Review all of the items and options.
Send An Email To All Players
Now that you are familiar with the system, itās important to
send your team an informativeāHeads Upāāemail so they are
ready to order. This email MUST include the following info:
ā¢ Each player will get an invitation to the online ordering
system from support@teamuniformorders.com.
ā¢ They should login and place their order for the season
immediately.
ā¢ The deadline of <Date> is final and late orders will not
be accepted.
ā¢ Information on how they can try on or view samples
of the items.

Log Back In To Your Team Dashboard
ā¢ Log-in to the Team Dashboard.
ā¢ ClickāNew Playerāat the bottom left to begin to add
your first player.
Part Two ā Entering Your Roster And Inviting Players
After you have prepped the team, you will need to login and create your players in the system. An automated
invitation will be sent to each Player when they are created on your roster.

Create Your First Player
ā¢ Complete the form with the Playerās info.
NOTE: All information on the form is Required.
ā¢ ClickāCreate Playerā. An invitation will automatically
be sent to the Player.
NOTE: Each player must have a unique player number.
If your sport does not have numbers (swimming, cheer),
enter their alphabetical position on the roster.
Add the Rest of the Players On Your Roster
ā¢ ClickāNew Playerāāagain and repeat the process for the
next player on your roster.
NOTE: Team creation should take 1 minute per Player max.

3. Review Your Orders AndāCompleteāYour Team
As your team orders, you can review player orders in one of two ways:
ā¢ Individually ā Click the Playerās order number in theāOrdersācolumn on your dashboard
ā¢ As A Team ā ClickāReportsāunder your Team Name and clickāFull Reportāā. This will load
a summary view of all orders.
NOTE: If everyone has ordered, and no order edits are needed, clickāMark Team As Completeā
in the bottom left. This blocks future orders and informs the Dealer your team has finished ordering.

who has ordered.
NOTE: If they have ordered, their order number will
show in the Orders colum.
Part Three ā Monitoring Team Progress And Sending Reminders
Once your team starts to order, you can easily monitor their progress. We recommend you send THREE
reminder emails when there is One Week, Three Days, and One Day before the ordering deadline. Once
everyone has ordered, you can review the orders and sign off on the orders by marking your teamāCompleteā.

ā¢ Click theāSend Noticeāat the top of your dashboard.
ā¢ Choose the Target Group ofāāPlayers Who Have Not Orderedāā.
ā¢ Type in a reminder message.
ā¢ Remind players of the exact deadline and to contact
support@teamuniformorders.com if they have any ordering issues.
ā¢ ClickāCreate Noticeā.
ā¢ Review the message and clickāSend Messageā. The reminder will
be sent by the system within the next hour.
