• Login to your Dealer Dashboard
• Scroll down to the store
• Review the‘Status’column to see
how many people have ordered
2 Access‘Send Notice’to Update Them On Fulfillment
• Click the‘Send Notice’button at the top of your
dashboard
• Choose the Target Group of‘Players Who Have
Ordered From A Particular Store’
• Enter your email address in the‘Reply To’
• Type in your Update
- Let people know when/where the items
will be distributed
- Include a Retail or Special Promotion for
follow up sales
• Click‘Create Notice’
3 Confirm and Send The Notice
• Review the message and click‘Send Message’
The reminder will be sent by the system within the next hour
How to Update Customers On Fulfillment Status
INTRODUCTION: Once your Store has closed it is important to keep your customers informed on their order
status. This will greatly reduce customer support inquiries and further strengthen your relationship with
customers. We recommend sending out two fulfillment Notices. One when you have confirmed the delivery
timeframe and location, and one the day the items are being distributed.
