Login To Your Team Manager Account
When your team is set up by your Club or Dealer,
you will be sent an email from
support@teamuniformorders.com.
• Click the link in the email to go to the Ordering
Platform login page
• Enter in your temporary username and password
• Update your username and password on the next page
Once logged in, you will be taken to your Team Dashboard
Part One – Logging In To The System And Prepping Your Team
Your first step as Team Manager is to log in to the system and familiarize yourself with your Team Dashboard.
After that, you will need to send an email to your parents/players explaining the online ordering process.
INTRODUCTION: Welcome to the TeamUniformOrders.com Automated, Online Team Ordering Platform! This
system has been designed to help make Team Ordering simple for you and your team. As a Team Manager, you
will need to do THREE things:
• Prep your team via email on the process and what they will need to do
• Enter your roster of players into the system
• Monitor progress and send reminders to ensure completion by your team’s deadline
Overall, managing your team should take no more than TWO hours of your time. If you have questions about
the system along the way, please email those questions to support@teamuniformorders.com. All non-system
questions should be directed to your Dealer contact.

Preview Your Team’s Shopping Page
• In the top right of your Dashboard, click‘Preview Store
Shopping Cart’. This will take you to a preview of what
your players will see.
• Review all of the items and options
Send An Email To All Players
Now that you are familiar with the system, it’s important to
send your team an informative‘Heads Up’email so they are
ready to order. This email MUST include the following info:
• Each player will get an invitation to the online ordering
system from support@teamuniformorders.com
• They should login and place their order for the season
immediately
• The deadline of <Date> is final and late orders will not
be accepted
• Information on how they can try on or view samples
of the items

Log Back In To Your Team Dashboard
• Log in to the Team Dashboard
• Click‘New Player’at the bottom left to begin to add
your first player
Part Two – Entering Your Roster And Inviting Players
After you have prepped the team, you will need to login and create your players in the system. An automated
invitation will be sent to each Player when they are created on your roster.

Create Your First Player
• Complete the form with the Player’s info.
NOTE: All information on the form is Required
• Click‘Create Player’. An invitation will automatically
be sent to the Player.
NOTE: Each player must have a unique player number.
If your sport does not have numbers (swimming, cheer),
enter their alphabetical position on the roster.
Add the Rest of the Players On Your Roster
• Click‘New Player’again and repeat the process for the
next player on your roster
NOTE: Team creation should take 1 minute per Player max

3. Review Your Orders And‘Complete’Your Team
• As your team orders, you can review player orders in one of two ways:
• Individually – Click the Player’s order number in the‘Orders’column on your dashboard
• As A Team – Click‘Reports’under your Team Name and click‘Full Report’. This will load
a summary view of all orders.
• If everyone has ordered, and no order edits are needed, click‘Mark Team As Complete’
in the bottom left. This blocks future orders and informs the Dealer your team has finished ordering.

Log In and Review Status
• Login to your Team Dashboard
• Review the roster to see who has logged in and
who has ordered.
NOTE: If they have ordered, their order number will
show in the Orders colum
Part Three – Monitoring Team Progress And Sending Reminders
Once your team starts to order, you can easily monitor their progress. We recommend you send THREE
reminder emails when there is One Week, Three Days, and One Day before the ordering deadline. Once
everyone has ordered, you can review the orders and sign off on the orders by marking your team‘Complete’.
Access‘Send Notice’to Send Reminders
• Click the‘Send Notice’at the top of your dashboard
• Choose the Target Group of‘Players Who Have Not Ordered’
• Type in a reminder message
• Remind players of the exact deadline and to contact
support@teamuniformorders.com if they have any ordering issues
• Click‘Create Notice’
• Review the message and click‘Send Message’. The reminder will
be sent by the system within the next hour.
