IMPORTANT NEWS AND SYSTEM UPDATES FOR SCHEDULED NEW
RELEASES OF TUOSYSTEMS.COM

Ability to review Failed Credit Card Transactions. Current processing status
for orders not “cleared” through gateway or banks. Example: $1,600 held on a
single shoppers Bank Debit Card since issuing Bank put a hold on it.
Order Modification
Release 3.11 includes an entirely re-built ORDER MODIFICATION system that
will be enabled and available to ALL Dealers in release 3.12. Version 3.11 now
includes fully-functioning ORDER MODIFICATION via the TUO Admin. Center,
which is ONLY available to TUO personnel. Specific improvements:
Order Modification – REQUIRE all Authorize.net Accounts (where Dealer
or Club Authorize.net account is the Payment Receiver in TUO platform)
have Transaction API to be enabled in the setting for each A.Net account.
This allows: a) REQUIRED for TUO to safely and accurately handle ALL
order modifications b) enables the TUO platform to query the state of all
past CC transactions; c) supports VOIDING an order if CC is not settled.
Order Modification – REQUIRE all Authorize.net Accounts enable the
Customer Information Manager (CIM). This enables the TUO platform to
support ALL upcharges. Additionally, stores all customer shipping and
credit card information in an encrypted, safe area within a Dealer’s
Authorize.net account for faster processing and easy access (shipping
information).
Order Modification – Detect if CC Transaction is settled. If settled, then
allows any / all order modifications (partial refunds, cancel/refunds, upcharges). If unsettled, then only allows VOIDS or CANCEL.
2. Order Modification – Partial Refunds – DETECTS if attempt to complete a
Partial Refund is done before the CC transaction has been settled. Also
DETECTS if the refund has not been performed, then prohibits further order
modifications. This will resolve situations where modifying an order is
requested having to remember to resolve the next day to process the partial
refund credit with Auth.net.
Auto-Detect all Unsettled CC transactions over 48 hours old. This will assist
TUO and Dealers to ensure they are receiving all the monies owed from CC
transactions.
Player invite – Club and Regular Team – Customizable Invite Email messages.
Revised Club Import--allows Players to not have numbers assigned during initial
import. Example Use Case: Players don’t have player number assigned for a few
weeks, but Dealer desires to get teams, stores all set-up. Possibly even allow
Player to receive invite to login.
Revised Club Import--accept all Players with no errors with a single click of the
mouse. Saves a lot of time.
Mobile Store Front – Enabled on a per store basis. With a “click,” now ANY store
on the TUO platform can be deployed as a full-featured store on any smartphone
or tablet (also supports Packaged Products and Enhanced Discounts features).
GENERAL IMPROVEMENTS AND BUG FIXES
Make "optional" the default setting rather than "required" on the spirit stores
since this is the most used and one less thing to click on to change.
Show full color name on reports instead of (or in addition to) the 3 digit color
code.
Allow copying of catalogs that are archived without having to "unarchive" them
first.
"One size fits all" added to the main size page without having to click "show other
sizes.”
Added a "Finish and back to Catalog" button. "Cancel and back to catalog" button
only option, when making edits User had to click through each screen to get to
the end to save the changes. This will be HUGE time saver.
Do not allow Player Numbers to be changed by Club Manager or Team Manager
after a team is marked complete or it’s past the end date.
· This disable feature or error message is really clear. “ You can edit the
player number since it is complete.”
Signup Notification Email when adding a new Dealer.
Forgot Password – Email was broken.
Full Club report – showing errors if no teams under the club.
Notification email not being sent when store end date extended.
Full Store Report for Spirit Stores fixed—was broken if store name had quote in
it.
Transaction Review Email now being sent.
Edit Team Screen Visible for all users. Now ONLY visible by Dealers and
Admins.

Club Manager Dashboard Breadcrumb links to Dealer Dashboard.
Club “Start Fresh” Feature Now Uses Single Club End Date – deletes any
specific Team End Dates.
Store Creation – Discount Minimum amount no longer requires User to enter
