1. 1 Login And Go To The Store’s‘Edit’Page
• Login to the Dealer Dashboard
• Scroll down to the store
• Click‘Edit’under actions for the store
2 Change The End Date
• Click the‘End Date’field
• Choose your new deadline on
the calendar
3 Update the Store
• Click‘Update Store’in the bottom left. The store will be instantly Re-Opened
and set to close on the new deadline.
• Contact your client and let them know the store has been Re-Opened
How To Re-Open A Store
INTRODUCTION: In select situations, you may need to re-open a store that has recently closed. You can do this
ONLY if the following situations are TRUE. 1) TUO has not remitted payment for the store 2) The store closed
LESS than 30 days ago. If either situation is not true, you will need to Duplicate the store and start fresh.
