This document provides instructions for downloading PDF versions of fulfillment reports from a dealer dashboard. It outlines three steps: 1) logging in and accessing the reports page, 2) choosing and loading the desired report, and 3) clicking the print button to download the PDF file. It notes that some reports like the full report will automatically download while others require entering an email to send the file.

1. 1 Login And Go To the Reports For The Store
• Login to the Dealer Dashboard
• Scroll down to the store
• Click the‘Reports’link under the
Actions column
- If it’s a Team Store, click View
Dashboard for the Team and
then Click the‘Reports’button
at the top of the page
2 Choose and Load the Report
• Click the Report Link for the Report you would like to download.
PDFs are only available for Full Report, Units Report, and Name
and Number Report.
• On the Report page, click the green‘Load Report’button
3 Click the‘Print’Button
• Click the‘Print’Button. If you choose the Full Report, the file will
automatically download.
• For the Units Report and Name and Number Report, you will need
to enter your email address into the pop-up then click‘Send’.
This will send the report via email.
• Once you receive the email, click the link provided to download the file
- PLEASE NOTE: You must be logged into your TUO Account to access the file. If you have issues
accessing the file via email, Copy/Paste the link into your web browser.
How To Download PDF Versions Of Fulfillment Reports
INTRODUCTION: The system outputs printable PDF Versions for the Full Report, Total Units Report and
Name and Number Report.
NOTE: The PDFs are generated overnight and will only include sales through the day before.
Based on this, the files will not be filtered by Team, Product, or Date.
