The Black Sawn Theory
• The Impact of the Highly Improbable
• The human tendency to find simplistic
explanations for these events, retrospectively
• A metaphor that describes an event that comes as a surprise, has
a major effect, and is often inappropriately rationalized after the
fact with the benefit of hindsight. The term is based on an
ancient saying that presumed black swans did not exist – a
saying that became reinterpreted to teach a different lesson after
black swans were discovered in the wild.

Definition
• The art of quantum management lies in discovering methods for gathering
information about the unobservable and preparing for all forms of success
and failure while keeping the box closed. An effective quantum manager will
resist super-“imposing” and instead ensure superposition.

Schrödinger’s Theoretical Experiment
• Every team’s project is a cat, and every manager has to constantly decide
whether to look in the box at the risk of killing it.
• The observer effect is real in the workplace, and you can affect the outcome of
any project as a manager simply by inserting yourself.

Quantum Leadership .
• It is the process of leading to/from the future. It is based upon the achievement
of a Future-Perfect Organization, that occurs by projecting one’s mind-set and
behaviors into the Future-Perfect paradigm and literally “pulling” the
organization into that future, to act and perform exceptional in terms of
“Nature Sustainability” and “Human’s Well-Being”; 1 to 3 years into the future.

achievement [and therapy] of the brain to cultivate personal and corporate
responsibility and greater awareness of our connection to self , the community and
the natural environment. This will help and inspire employees and customers
engagement. It increases Authenticity, Creativity and Collaboration.

1. Manage to multiple “states” as opposed to singular outcomes.

• The hypothesis of QM are being built on the conviction that only the whole set
of techniques will help to get the result, not one or two tactics
• The cardinal conjecture of quantum marketing is that there exist patterns that are
not connected to such notions as “creativity” or even “positioning” at all,
however they are considered as the ones that each may define the success of
marketing campaigns.
