3. The Black Sawn Theory
• The Impact of the Highly Improbable
• The human tendency to find simplistic
explanations for these events, retrospectively
• A metaphor that describes an event that comes as a surprise, has
a major effect, and is often inappropriately rationalized after the
fact with the benefit of hindsight. The term is based on an
ancient saying that presumed black swans did not exist – a
saying that became reinterpreted to teach a different lesson after
black swans were discovered in the wild.

7. Definition
• The art of quantum management lies in discovering methods for gathering
information about the unobservable and preparing for all forms of success
and failure while keeping the box closed. An effective quantum manager will
resist super-“imposing” and instead ensure superposition.

9. Schrödinger’s Theoretical Experiment
• Every team’s project is a cat, and every manager has to constantly decide
whether to look in the box at the risk of killing it.
• The observer effect is real in the workplace, and you can affect the outcome of
any project as a manager simply by inserting yourself.

10. Quantum Leadership .
• It is the process of leading to/from the future. It is based upon the achievement
of a Future-Perfect Organization, that occurs by projecting one’s mind-set and
behaviors into the Future-Perfect paradigm and literally “pulling” the
organization into that future, to act and perform exceptional in terms of
“Nature Sustainability” and “Human’s Well-Being”; 1 to 3 years into the future.

11. Social Responsibility
- is an ethical framework which
suggests that an entity (Organization
or Individual) has the duty and an
obligation to act for the benefit of the
society (Economy and Ecosystems)
Bahman Moghimi - University of Georgia - B.Moghimi@yahoo.co.uk
12. Quantum Leadership ..
1. Transformation of the organization from a “linear-adaptive” mind-set to a
“creative-adaptive”
2. “quantum leap” on the part of leadership, toward thinking and behaving as
though the “Future-Perfect” state had already been achieved.

13. Pre-Sequence: Business is Discipline
• It is all interactive and collaborative fields of vision-based decisions in
each and every single Political, social, managerial and Operational
process within the organization!
Advice: Watch Navy Seals Trainings! That is real Discipline.

14. Quantum Leadership …
Spiritual and secular improvement toward flourishing for the cognition
achievement [and therapy] of the brain to cultivate personal and corporate
responsibility and greater awareness of our connection to self , the community and
the natural environment. This will help and inspire employees and customers
engagement. It increases Authenticity, Creativity and Collaboration.

15. The 5 Principles of Quantum Management
1. Manage to multiple “states” as opposed to singular outcomes.
2. Be hyper-aware of the observer effect. (challenges)
3. Know when to open the box. (non-judgmental, thought-provoking questions)
4. Understand and create strategic entanglements.
(Accountability, Empathy, Incentive, Togetherness)
5. Embrace the challenge of self-observation.

16. Quote:
•As soon as a chain of authority is introduced,
ideas no longer stand on their own merit. How
will you face this obstacle?
Bahman Moghimi - University of Georgia - B.Moghimi@yahoo.co.uk
16
17. Question:
• What is “the road to wisdom” for you? For your team leaders? For
your staff? For your organization?
Bahman Moghimi - University of Georgia - B.Moghimi@yahoo.co.uk
17
Wisdom comes with inner turmoil?
18. Agile Organization
Bahman Moghimi - University of Georgia - B.Moghimi@yahoo.co.uk
18
Organizations which are quick in responding to changes in the
marketplace or environment. The agile organization is focused on its
customer's needs and wants which call for customized rather than
standardized offerings.

21. Quantum Marketing
• The hypothesis of QM are being built on the conviction that only the whole set
of techniques will help to get the result, not one or two tactics
• The cardinal conjecture of quantum marketing is that there exist patterns that are
not connected to such notions as “creativity” or even “positioning” at all,
however they are considered as the ones that each may define the success of
marketing campaigns.

24. Agile Marketing
Is a tactical marketing approach in which teams identify and focus their
collective efforts on high value projects, complete those projects
cooperatively, measure their impact, and then continuously and
incrementally improve the results over time

28. Industry trailblazers with Quantum Management
• Grow your people, grow your business. Intellectually, Spiritually & Physically.
• Work Environment: is where the impossible is possible. Gamification is a
good Tactic.
• Niche-specialized recruitment experts. Change HRM in to talent engagement
systems. Knowledge Management is a good strategy.
• Remember that the cat exists as both dead and alive simultaneously until a
measurement is taken–that is, until someone looks in the box. So Initiate,
Engage, Lead, Improve, measure, Re-do and enhance.
Bahman Moghimi - University of Georgia - B.Moghimi@yahoo.co.uk

29. Quantum Management: Gamification
• Gamification is adding game mechanics
into nongame environments, like a
website, online community, learning
management system or business'
intranet to increase participation. The
goal of gamification is to engage with
consumers, employees and partners to
inspire collaborate, share and interact.
