This document summarizes a presentation on integrating Haiku LMS and Google Apps for education. It discusses why these tools are useful for modern, technology-enabled learning by allowing collaboration, communication, authentic assessments, and flipped classrooms. Google Apps is recommended due to its free cost and integration with other Google services. Haiku LMS complements it with additional learning management features. Effective implementation requires ongoing training, serving different teacher types, and cultivating a new form of digital literacy.

What is the ultimate objective?
23. 9/28/2013 #bbcon 23
“Digital learning is not all about digitizing your content,
or converting it. It is about making your assets available
in a whole new way – where kids learn the content, but also
become the creator, the producer – an active participant.”
