I work for Air Mauritius. Delivering customer service to passengers calling from Mauritius, Reunion, France,
UK, Geneva, South Africa and Australia.
Assisting them in fare quote for Air Mauritius along with schedule details and fare conditions and upon
passenger request , we even make their booking, cancel an existing booking or modify it.
Also, answering their queries like penalty fee for change of date, upgrade fee, Internet booking, and luggage
allowance.
Other than that, I even assist them if they want to buy ancillary services such as exit seats, lounge access, extra
luggage, surf board, golf bag...etc.
As for Air Mauritius Staff , we attend to their calls who often request for the load of flights for concessional travel
and also, assist them in making their booking, the fare and preparing their TST for Air Mauritius Flight and other
carrier flight(ZED Fares).
Also, I assist caller in their Internet booking on air Mauritius website for flight booking and on Air Mauritius
Holidays website for flight, hotel booking, transfers and excursions.
Moreover, in case of flight schedule change or cancellations, we inform each passenger about their flight details
and re book them on available flight upon their satisfaction.
