PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Chembond Chemicals Limited (October-2013 to till date)
Work responsibility:
 Development of novel grade of engineering thermoplastic
 Polyamide Pilot Plant operation
 To make compounding formulation to get exact match grade and its compounding trails and
application test and testing.
 Technical services to the end users.
 Project scheduling: inspect project fellow to check the progress of the project assisting
 To set the formulation of additives and compounding matrix. Guiding for extrusion trail
including temperature of barrel, rate of feeders, and speed of screw.
 Molding of extruded granules as per ASTM standard to compare mechanicals properties.
 New product identification as per market.
 Handling of all the instrument related to thermal like DSC,TGA and mechanical testing
instrument.
CORE EXPERTIES:
EXTRUSION PROCESS:
• Identification of suitable additive and polymer matrix for desired applications
• Selection of process parameters that includes feeding rate, temperature range of different
zones of barrel, screw selection, screw rotation speed.
• Senchronisation of down stream processing equipments.
