Career Objective
Seeking a challenging position where my skills and knowledge can be best utilized in successful
completion of the work in industries and be responsible to provide the team technical leadership,
creativity, and technical judgment.
Work experience
 Presently working in Saksham Industrial Engineers, New Delhi. as a Sales and Service
Engineer (Powder Handling equipments by Pneumatic and Mechanical system and Dust
Collection System) since March 2016 till date.
 Responsibilities as Sales and Service Engineer:-
 To achieve customer satisfaction & to delight them through quality service & support
 Responsible for Procurement services including Preparation of Technical offers & evaluations.
 Identify, evaluate & analyze new markets, potential industrial zone & valued customers
requirement.
 Generate new enquires, convert it in to orders & follow up till after sales support.
 Follow up for the balance payment (Retention amount) of Machines after complete
commissioning.
 Prepare Life Cycle Cost (LCC) report of our machine with competitor ‘s and give presentation in front of
clients
 Maintain PTS (Payment tracking sheet), PSR (Project Sales Report), EPM (ElGi process management) on
an monthly basis.

 Follow-up for pending “C” Form’s collection.
 Attend customer complaint through calls/mails and resolving it telephonically or by visiting site.
 Directly report to Director of marketing about all status of complaint & service visits.
 Visiting various Cement, Spice , Food and Sugar Industries for Installation of Dust Collector.
 Prepare & maintain documents like Minutes of Meeting (MOM), Service report, Customer
Complaint data, Assessment report for recondition Bag Filter, Pneumatic Conveying system and
Screw conveyor, Analysis of customer complaint.
Worked As Associate Lecturer in Department of Mechanical Engineering at Mewar University , (Chittorgarh,
Rajasthan) since 24th july 2013 to Jan. 2016.

 Project Title:- Experimental Analysis of Pressure drop through Square duct Chanel with Delta
wings.
 Experiment Details:-We prepare a square duct channel and put Delta wings with different
aspect ratio and angles after this we blow the air in square duct channel through blower and
measure the pressure drop at inlet and outlet through U-tube Manometer.

M.TECH PROJECT DETAILS
 Thesis Title :- Experimental Investigation of Performance and Emission of Mahua, Sal Seed
and Mix oil Biodiesel at different Blendings with Four stroke Diesel Engine.
 Experimental Details:-Experimental work is Completed at I.C Engine lab of IIT BHU for
investigation of Emission of Carbon dioxide, Carbon Monoxide, Nitrous oxide and Unburnt
Sulphur dioxide for Mahua , Sal Seed and their Mixture at Blendings of B10, B20, B25 ,B30 and
B40. Engine Performance is also defined With these Bio diesel at same Blendings. Main Objective
of Conducting this experimental Work is to find the better Alternatives of Fuels.
