Coordinating in ongoing project of manufacturing of planetary gears for actuating flaps
of Airbus A320, Coordinating with suppliers all across India for machining and special
processes and ensuring monthly On time delivery. Conducting supplier rating and
evaluation as per customer standard and communicating to customers for improvements.
- Company Project- Manufacturing of Aerospace precision components.
Handled development project in Manufacturing of Aerospace components for Curtiss Wright,
Canada. From the stage of Import of raw material, Heat Treatment, Machining, all the way to
delivery.
- Company Project- Manufacturing of GPS enclosures for defense application.
Handled development project of aluminum GPS enclosures to be used in military tanker for
customer: SAFRAN Sagem. From the stage of Quotation to procurement of raw material,
proving of machining, Special process (NDT, Chromating & Testing), MIL 810 G environmental

- Developed CNC machining hydraulic fixture for brake disc component in
order to reduce manufacturing lead time. Critical parts of fixture were
simulated for safety and reliability, and simulation for deformation of the
component was carried out to confirm the finishing of the component to
tolerable value prior to manufacture.
