    Cheapest method
    CH4 + H2O → CO + 3H2 at 700 – 1100 °C in the presence
     of a metal-based catalyst.
    CO + H2O → CO2 + H2
    Still emits pollution as CO2

     temperature steam to produce hydrogen.
