2. DEVELOPING ACTION STEPS
•1. It is important to organize
our actions, so we are going
to know which steps are we
going to follow.
•2. We have to know the
things we are going to do
and follow them. We can
change it, in order to
improve.

3. SET LONG TERM GOALS
FIRST
• 1. Writing questions about our job, about how are
we working on and
our level of satisfaction of it.
• 2. Some of the questions can be:
a. Am I satisfied with my job?
b. Am I teaching in a correct way?
c. Am I dedicating enough time to prepare
myself?
d. Do I really like what I do?

4. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
• The world is changing every day and
it is important for us, as teachers, to
continue preparing and taking
courses, so we can give excellent
topics, using the technology of these
days.

5. DEVELOPING ACTION STEPS
• We have to organize the actions and the steps to follow, in order to
be a profesional. When we do that, we can see some things we
want to change or to improve.
• THE THINGS I WANT TO ACHIEVE ARE:
• 1. Finish my carreer in Technology.
• 2. Create a Web page (like Open English) but for pre-primary and
primary school students. The name of my Web page will be
“Learning English with mommy and daddy.” The objective of this is
to make students feel interested in the language, by playing games,
etc, but make parents help them, so students are going to feel they
are not learning with others but with their parents. The other
advantage will be that parents are not going to waste time and a lot
of money taking their kids to other place to learn the language and
they also are going to learn with their kids too.

6. MAKE A RECORD OF YOUR
“PINNACLE MOMENTS”
• It is important to keep those memories that
made us feel good.
• The moments I appreciate the most are those
where my students said that they really like
my English class, the moments when I see
them enjoying and learning at the same time.
• I feel really nice when I apply for a Job in an
excellent school and they accepted me. It
makes me feel the most wonderful teacher in
this world.

7. EVALUATE YOURSELF
• We really need to evaluate what we are
doing, because it will help us being better.
• I think I am a good teacher. I like to make
students learn by playing games and doing
different activities. One of the thing I have
to improve is the use of technology. I
haven´t work in a school that uses
technology, but I really want to and I feel
kind of fear about using technology and I
want to lose that fear.

8. EXPLORE CONTEXT
•This is a very important fact,
because we cannot pretend to
use a Power Point presentation if
we are working on a school that
doesn´t have the resources. We
have to think about the
enviroment we are working on.
We have to apply our topics to
the place and the students we

9. BE READY FOR CHANGES
• We have to be prepared for changes.
Not all the places where we work have
the same methods or environments.
We have to adapt ourselves to the
place we are going to be working on.
• One of the changes for me could be
the use of technology, because I
haven´t using it before. I have to be
ready for that moment, in order to
feel confortable and feel good.
