What are we doing for students, teachers and parents to ensure
students reach their potential at Magdalene?
How can we effectively implement the Diocesan Teaching and
Learning Framework to benefit teachers and ultimately
students.
4. Focus for 2009 is working with the Diocesan Learning &
Teaching framework, initially focusing on high expectations.
Implementing relevant PD and opportunity for conversation
regarding high expectations.

expectations mean?
How is the message delivered?
How do we provide feedback and what happens when
expectations are not met?

What is the quality and quantity of work expected and then
how do we articulate this to students.
