Job Description:
1. Handles three(3) section of production for Tetra Pak Plant – RTD Milk & Juice Processing & Food
Preparation Plant – Powder Blending, Sauce and Syrup in pouches & juice in Pet bottle and
Engineering operations for Boiler, Refrigeration, WWTP and Water Treatment Plant.
2. Supporting initiatives on continuous improvements (process, materials, productivity, equipment,
manpower, etc.) and pro-actively gets involved / support new product development and launches /
process improvements / production trials on cost savings
3. Keeps track of day-to-day operations taking note of any deviation from norms and giving feedback
immediately to Manufacturing Director if major deviations were observed.
4. Analyzes actual production and engineering operational results in relation to agreed targets/
objectives, promptly correcting deficiencies and recognizing achievements together with Shift In-
Charge so that approved plans are achieved on time.
5. Communicates overall production and engineering performance to Manufacturing Director.

1. Handles the 2007 Pet Line 1 Installation of Packaging Lines from bottle infeed conveyor,
Rinsing Filling and Capping Machine, Tilting Conveyor, Cooling Tunnel, Dryer,
Labelling Machine and Shrink Tunnel and also installation of Pet Blowing Machines.
2. Handles the 2009 Selecta Expansion Project by compressing M&J production areas
• Overall project engineer for the RFM side
- design of equipment layout of Tetra Machines based on existing building.
- design of new utility piping layout for steam, water, compressed air & chilled
water based on remaining four(4) TP Machines.
- design for the relocation of QA laboratory, Eng’g stockroom, holding section,
filling machine section and packaging section.
- Interfacing with Selecta’s Eng’g. Manager for project planning & execution and
Tetra Pak Project Manager for the installation of sanitary piping works,
reconfiguration of Aseptic Filling Machine and installation of filling machine
utilities piping.
3. Handles the 2011 TBA8 One Liter Machine Installation act as Project Manager, RFM side
• Prepare project timetable to achieve plan schedule for commercial run.
• Conduct shop floor meeting between contractor and Project Manager, Tetra side.
3. • Prepare project weekly update report and highlights concerns or issue between
each contractor.
• Daily monitoring of major activities for alignment & positioning of the machines,
electrical & mechanical works, FM technical assessment, water test, and sterility
test run (STR).
• Coordination works between Tetra Pak Project Manager for issues or concerns
during installation of the machine.
4. Supervise three (3) filling machine technician, two (2) utility technician and one (1)
engineering staff(maintenance planner).
5. Overall in charge of Tetra Pak maintenance program to achieve set target machine
efficiency.
6. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of refrigeration system using ammonia as
refrigerant powered by 230KW ABB Stal, SVA 26 screw compressor for chilled water
application in the processing of Milk & Juices.
7. Coordinate with Selecta engineering department regarding the operation of compressed
air, water treatment, waste water treatment, steam generation and power generation
system necessary in the processing of milk and juices operation.
