4.  Conduct internal & external inspection to determine the physical condition of various piping and
equipment (Striper, furnace, separator, heat exchanger, absorber, cooling tower...etc.
 Issue and prepare Non Comformance Report (NCR) and recommend all the necessary repair works to
done and item to be replaced from the outcome of inspection.
 Conduct inspection of materials identification and traceability, welding works in piping, tanks, vessels,
structural steel at fabrication and erection. Monitor the welder’s performance and welding joint
history.With reference to project specification and codes such as ASME IX ;B31.3;B31.4; B31.8;B 31.1 .
 Ensure required quality standards of piping and supervise all aspects of various field testing.
 Familiar with many standards e.g. B31.3, B16.5, B16.47, B16.20, B16.21, ASME Section IX, SAES, SAEP,
