The document describes the layout and design of a contents page for a school magazine. It will include a title indicating it is the contents page and the month/issue. A main color scheme of purple, pink and blue will be used throughout for consistency. The masthead will be centered above in a large, sharp font. Cover lines and images relating to the school will be placed throughout, along with page numbers and paragraph text areas. The contents page number will be listed at the bottom right corner following magazine conventions.

2. • The magazine is designed for all ages as it relates to school which begins
from the age of 11.
• At the top left corner of the magazine will be a Title which will inform the
reader that this is the contents page and which month the issue of the
magazine is.
• The colour scheme that I have chosen for the contents page will stay the
same as the front cover as: Purple, Pink and blue. The main colour is
Purple as Pink and Blue are secondary colours. I have done this to follow
codes and conventions by following a colour scheme throughout the
magazine.
• I had placed the mast head just above the centre of the page in the middle
to with the text style ‘Myriad Pro’ in a sharp font style as 72pt font size to
stand out to the reader.
• I had placed cover lines on the left side of the page in ‘Myriad Pro’ to get
the message across to the readers.

3. • I had used 4 images for the contents page. These images varied in size and
were spread out from top right corner of page, bottem left corner of page
and one just above that and finally one in the centre to the right side of
the page. I had multiple images which had represented the magazine as
the images of taken of inside the school which the magazine is for. This is
to follow the codes and conventions of magazine contents pages.
• There are cover lines on the right side of the page next to an image in
white text with a purple background. This is to inform the reader of what
the magazine features.
• Page numbers are placed next to the text to tell the reader what page
number they must find to get to this page.
• There are two paragraph area’s in line with the 2 images to look
professional and can be filled in depending on what information will be
most important on which ever of the contents within the magazine.
• The page number of the contents page is in the bottem right corner, this is
to follow the codes and conventions of a magazine.
