a harmony on the page to make it absolutely pleasing to the readers.
• The top part of the article is most appealing to the eye of the readers, therefore it
is the most natural design.

to the eyes of the consumers.

analyzing Content pages, Front covers, Articles, I have had an impression
of the amount of effort and work it takes to make such magazines.
• The Front cover is always most important. As it is the cover it should look
visually appealing to the customers and provide them with an interest in
buying and reading the magazine.
• The Masthead should be written in a large font size to make the magazine
eye-catch to the customers and eligible as well for the readers.
• The fonts and font sizes are always chosen specifically by the magazine,
different magazine use very unalike types and other styles.

27. Research Summary
• I have researched two publication companies. Haymarket media group
and SLAM media inc. there are many differences between the two
companies, As one of them is a special company that only produces
basketball magazines, while the other one is a private media group that
yields many publications throughout the world. Slam media Inc. was
started by 1994 while Haymarket media group only by 1999. Both
companies are famous worldwide with their publications as both
FourFourTwo and SLAM are well-known around the globe. However their
publications differ, both are Sport dealing magazines, but while one of
them interests football fans, the other is for basketball freaks. Similarity
between these two campanies is that they are targeting a similar age
group. The magazines they produce is for the age group between 12-40
years and mostly males. Even though these companies are similar inways
they still differ in many other aspects.
