2. To understand who will watch my
film, first I need to know what style it will
take:
The genre for my film will primarily be
Action. This is because of the content
and the story involving terrorism and
government, as well as the agents and
brainwashing scene making it fit within
the action genre as well as Mystery and
crime.
Genre
3. Since my genre is Action, my target audience
will be more suited for male adults between
the age of 18-30, mainly because of the
political content involved it may not be
targeted at a younger audience.
However, as the main character features a
female, it is unlikely so many men will watch
it as Action films tend to have role models for
the men (Tom Cruise and Bruce Willis)
therefore more women aged 18-30 might
also be interested in watching as well.
Target Audience
4. What my audience might look like as they
both stay in shape and wear vest tops
similar to action films:
Audience
5. I have decided that my film is going to fit the 12
certificate best. This is because I checked the
BBFC website and feel that my film will most
likely fit this due to:
The theme is mature which means that younger
children may not understand, yet young
teenagers may.
There will be no strong language
No nudity
Violence will not be dwelled upon
Drugs are not taken, although the brainwashing
sequence could be a similar idea

6. Some films my Target Audience may
watch. I will consider this when
researching and planning my poster.
