Primarily these programs are advised once a year for people between the ages of 40 to 60 for a set number of days. The program includes Panchakarma and other individual programs that are determined based on the person’s physical condition and body type. The Ayurvedic Rejuvenator treatment practiced today is known as Panchakarma. The ancient Ayurvedic texts written by Charaka, recommends putting into practice the most important rejuvenation treatment, Panchakarma.
