2. INTRODUCTION
Research is a important concept. It comprises “creative work undertaken on
a systematic basis in order to increases the stock of knowledge, including
knowledge of man, culture and society, and the use of this stock of knowledge to
devise new applications”. It is used to establish or conform facts, reaffirm the
results of previous work solve new or existing problems, support theorems or
develop new validity of instruments, procedures or experiments, research may
replicate elements of prior projects, or the project as a whole. The primary purpose
of basic research (as opposed to applied research) are documentation , discovery
interpretation or the research and development of methods and system for the
advancement of human knowledge. Approaches to research depend on
epistemologies, which very considerably both within and between humanities and
science. There are several forms of research scientific humanities, artistic,
economic, social, business, marketing , practitioner research etc.
NEEDS AND SIGNIFICANT OF RESEARCH
In the modern world research is very important term. Need and significant
of research is very high. In research, its need and significant is very essential to a
systematic basis in order to the teaching learning process. Creative work
undertaken on including knowledge of man, culture and society and the use of this
stock of knowledge to devise new application. In the process of teaching, the

study of Social Science is because a knowledge of the social science can help
improve our societies. When we study societies together and we are looking at the
impacts of their society should be run. By studying these things, we are becoming
better informed about how societies should be put together. For example one area
of social science is sociology. One thing that a sociologist might study is the
impact of various government programmes on the behaviours of the people who
participate in them. If a sociologist studies a welfare program, for example, and
finds that it does not help its clients have a better life, that is an important finding.
When social scientist discover things like that it can help governments better
understand what sorts choices to make.
Overall marshal discoveries about human behaviours and learning from
social science research and show how these can b used to improve teaching and
learning. The discoveries are easily stated as three social science generalizations

Humans have theorized about how to teach for thousands of years and
updated the substance of what we teach and update the substance of what we
teach almost every year. Yet generations have passed without any major improved
in the procedures and style of teaching in our class rooms. If your-great- great-grand
parents went to college they probably sat in a classroom with all the other

If you are a professor at a university today you probably lecture to the same sea of
students, all still trying to look like the eyes paying attention. To be sure, you may
use some newer technologies such as electricity, radio, TV, white board and you
perhaps teach a seminar with lots of discussion. But if your ancestors were to walk
in to a classroom today, they would know where to sit, what to do and how to act.
Our methods of teaching have changed very little.
Need and significance of research in teaching learning process are very
important. In the process of teaching, the teacher must discover the knowledge and
it leaner must be the childrens. In the process of learning the learner must be the
first listener and a good citizen. The learner must create new knowledge to their
different learning process, it is very essential than new ideas of research. The teach
create new ideas and information related to the topic and it transfer to the students.
Teacher discover the new truth about the important phenomena of the topic it is
very useful to the learner in the real feeling are creating. Among the most difficult
problems faced by the education system are those associated with teaching
effectiveness. The current preparation of teachers for specific age levels, specific
subject mates, specific academic skills etc does not take in to consideration
sufficiently the complexity of factors such as students various characteristics.
In research, its use are very effectively related with the learning process. In
teacher should discover the ideas related to the topic. And collect data. It give
learners. It is true knowledge. Ai addition to the preparation of teachers to more
5. differentiated teaching, there could be more divergent use of research. Worth
while teaching can be done with advantages results by persons other than the
traditional classroom teachers. Student learning can be greatly enriched further by
travelling, interaction with people of different ways of life, different outlooks.
Learning style and preference affect the way students approach any task
and the way they function under different conditions and different learning
government. Some educators have begun to knowledge the importance of adapting
research to students different learning style. But no earnest efforts have been
devoted to this promising endeavor. The adaptation of teaching to leaning style
may include not only more appropriately differentiated teaching strategies but also
may add to the dependability of the evaluation measures of what students have
learned. Thus, the research can be enhanced by teachers adapting of instructional
strategies of students learning style. It has more important role in present world.
6. CONCLUSION
Research is very important term related to learning. All world are change,
the teachers and the learner have changed for these change. Research is a
