2. 1
To create my double page spread I had to use the
software InDesign, to start I opened up the
program and selected the layout.
3. 2
Once I had my pages set out I placed my main image
onto the left page, to do this I had to go ‘file’, ‘place’ and
select my edited image. I also used the type tool to
place a small page number in the bottom left hand

Once I was happy with the placement of my image I set about
creating the title. To do this I had to use the type tool, I wanted to
change the colour of the title to contrast with the rest of the article so I
highlighted the words and chose an appropriate swatch to use.
After I had finished the title I went and used the box tool to make a
rectangle box for the introduction of my article. I wanted to still be able
to see the image behind it so I changed the opacity.

The next thing I did was add in all of my article from
word, to do this I had to set up column using the
paragraph tool bar, I had to paste in the article and
adjust it accordingly. I made sure I left enough
space for an additional image.

When I had finished with my article I added the
last additional image to the page, I used the
stroke tool to give it a black boarder and rotated it
off of the page. I had to adjust the text to flow
around the image
