Over 30 years of hands-on experience in managing, deploying, maintaining and
troubleshooting server and desktop systems. Managing IT personnel and
manage resource allocation in a flexible manner in response to changing
business priorities, direction and budget. Plan, manage and execute technology
IT, Telephony, and Cellular projects giving the business to the ability to
maximize business uptime, opportunities and results. Address all phases of the
infrastructure lifecycle including the areas of change management
budget/estimate, design, development, testing, implementation and

Major Projects
Project
Successfully completed a project for Super Bowl XLIX. Project Manager and
was responsible for overseeing the installation of new DAS cellular network
infrastructure and connectivity for users and vendors who will be needing
premium cellular connectivity during the Super Bowl XLIX pre-game activities.
 Worked with vendors as well as oversaw subcontracted technicians who
were performing the physical installations.
 Managed the reporting of the installation teams.
 Oversaw project details.
 Ensured that the timeframe was kept.
 Converted raw project data into a usable format
 Worked closely with leadership team to ensure the smooth and efficient
running of processes.
 Ensured all issues would be addressed quickly.
Results: All infrastructure was successfully installed and tested allowing the
vendors (Verizon, etc.) to turn up their services.
Project
Successfully mitigated a massive virus outbreak at a major valley hospital.
 Leveraged extensive leadership and management background to
motivate the previously hired IT team by showing how to effectively
handle the mitigation of the virus and replace the damaged hardware.
 Managed a team of contracted technicians to image and deploy
replacement computers and new corporate anti-virus software for over
500 computers.
 Worked with the team in a “hands-on” role mitigating the virus and
replacing hardware as needed.
Results: Virus was eliminated from the hospital’s network and gained greater
efficiency with new equipment.
Project
Successfully redesigned, built, installed and maintained the data center for two
(2) multi-million dollar corporations.
 Used project management skills to successfully complete data center
update on time and within budget.
 Utilized in-depth knowledge for IT hardware, software and networking
to complete the project.
Results: Both companies achieved greater productivity due to greater
processing power and an over 90% reduction of server failures.
