2. BACKGROUND
• Born in Caracas, Venezuela
• Law degree from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello
in 1990
• Master’s degree in Technology Applied to the Arts
from NYU in 1992 (originally theater, went to
computer science)
• Spent over a decade in NYC
• Now lives in Berlin

3. GETTING INTO VIDEO GAMES
• When asked about how he got into video games, he
always tells the same story of an experience he had
playing Metal Gear Solid 2

• Now uses video games somehow in most of his art
(engines, modding, etc)

4. HIS WORK
• Mostly does performances in ‘real time’
• Records work using Machinima for archival
purposes
