2. The Total Film magazine cover is very different
compared to other magazines i have
researched due to its use of multiple
characters from three different films on the
cover. The cover is filled from the top to the
bottom with both information and images
making no direct focus on one image. Each
character has their own box with a image of
them. The majority of the blue background is
covered creating a tabloid feel.
3. The Masthead is fairly large with bold uppercase letters, the word “TOTAL” is put
inside the letter creating unique and urban look that could attract young
audiences.
The cover line mostly uses images to highlight the contents of the
magazine, however there are some words and the use of sibilance such as “Sleaze”
and “Sex” creates flow and is likely to appeal to a young audience.
