2. Introduction
The Telematics terminal can not be used for the
Telematics services from another Telematics service
provider.
Because Telematics service developers made their own
protocols between a Telematics terminal and a service
provider.
As the solution of these Problem we adopted a new
Technology is called as "Telematics Gateway and
Framework“.
3. Gateway
The Gateway enables developers to write the
Telematics server applications which can be
operated regardless of the mobile networks.
It also use for reporting the server for the
Distribution of Traffic Information.
4. Framework
The Developers can write applications without
knowing about details to integrate the related
server distributed in traffic information.
The Framework also Supports various
connection components which can connects
the Telematics server application into external
Server application.
5. How We Develop the System
We developed a processor for the extended
protocol for mobile services including the
following:
• Address Book
• Schedule Manager
We Also Developed a system for
synchronization between a Telematics and
Terminals.
6. What is Open Telematics System
Based on Gateway and Framework?
The Telematics Server System consists of
Server application like:
• A short messaging service center (SMSC)
connection component
• Connection component
• Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP)
• Transmission Control Protocol/Internet
Protocol (TCP/IP)

Networks
The Server Application Provides the Client
application in a Vehicle with Telematics
Services Like:
• Emergency Services
• Remote Door Unlocking
• Wireless Application Protocol (WAP)
9. How the Gateway Works?
If a Telematics Server System uses WAP
Gateway in the mobile network to provide
services to Telematics terminals.
This Services deeply depend on mobile.
The Services Should be modified when they
are deploy o other mobile networks.
To solve this problem in a system the Gateway
is to be placed to in it.

It is use to manage and synchronize data for
address book.

Traffic Information Service in a Server.
Emergency Service
Vehicle Tracking Services
Monitoring Services.

• In this we developed the mobile of a system
based on Telematics gateway and framework.
• Therefore this system is not depended on
certain mobile networks.
• So we conclude that one Telematics terminal
can be use with another Telematics terminal
for made there own Protocols.
