of communications, Variety of verbal and non verbal techniques,
appropriate formats and protocols, Communication strategies.
In this paper you will explore how you communicate with others
both in the workplace and in personal situations. You will learn
new ways of doing this so that you become a more effective
communicator. The main skills you will develop are how to:
 Identify elements of effective communication in personal and
workplace situations.
 Identify appropriate forms of communication for workplace
situations.
 Communicate effectively in workplace situations Evaluate
communication approaches
 Duration : 12 hours – 2 weeks – 3 times per week
 Fee : 600 L.E
 Payment: 200 L.E registrations – 200 L.E after third Class – 200 L.E at the end of the course.
