 Results of the case should be presented in a written form.
 Preparing written reports Checklist:
criteria to judge whether you are going in a right direction or not:
o What is achieved by the solution ?
o What difficulties have to overcome to achieve the objective?
o What limitations are there in the situations? (eg. Time, money,
equipment, manpower etc.)
o What is the best alternative?

 Introduce a reader to a concept
 Gives readers a common language about the topic

o Function is to help identify questions and select types of
