1. How to use Dropbox

2. Type-in dropbox.com to
your address bar in your
browser.

4. Welcome to Dropbox
Home Page!

6. Enter your first and last
name.

8. Enter your email address.

10. Enter your password.

12. Click the check box beside
“I agree to Dropbox terms” .

14. Click
“Sign up for Free”.

16. Dropbox is now preparing
to be downloaded to your
desktop.

18. A pop-up window will
appear and you have to..

19. …save the file then open
it once saved.

21. Again, this is for
downloading Dropbox to
your desktop.

22. If you don’t want it to be
on your computer..

23. …you can always open
Dropbox with your
browser.

25. Once you have Signed Up
to Dropbox,

26. ..and you have verified
your account from your
email address,

27. …you can now “Sign In” to
Dropbox.

28. Fill-up the details,

29. …then click “Sign In”.

30. Whenever you Sign In to
Dropbox..

31. ..this will be the default view.

32. Here, you can see your
account name.

33. Click it, and a drop-down
box will appear.

35. It will allow you to put an
account photo and..

37. ..check on how much
memory you have used.

39. Click on
“Settings”

41. .. And you will be
redirected to a new tab.

43. You can now edit your
profile, account and
security.

45. Click
“Install”
and Dropbox will be
installed to your desktop.

47. Click
“Upgrade”
so you can upgrade your
Dropbox plan

50. And of course, “Sign Out”

uploaded files be listed.

53. The following icons will
help you organize your
files.

55. To upload a document, a
photo or a video..

56. ..just click on this icon.

57. Then click “Choose Files”.

58. After you’ve chosen what
to share, this window will
appear

59. ..and you can even add more
files.

60. After choosing a
document, click “Done”.

61. You can now see on the list..

62. ..the file that I have chosen.

63. To preview, just click on this..

65. Next is the
“New Folder”
icon where you can..

66. ..arrange your files.

67. This window will allow
you to name the folder..

68. ..and choose to whom you
want to share this folder.

69. Drag the items you want to be
on that folder.

70. If you double-click the
folder, you can see..

71. ..the file inside that folder.

72. Moreover, you can also
share a folder here at
Dropbox..

73. ..by clicking this.

74. Choose from these two
options then click “Next”.

75. Choose the folder you want
to share then click “Next”.

76. Locate the email address/es
on your contacts.

77. Write a message then click
“Share File”.

78. You can now see an icon inside
the folder..

79. ..which means the folder
has been shared.

80. Lastly, you can also view
deleted files though this icon.

81. Now, if you click on this blank
part,

82. ..notice that this icons will
appear.

83. Also, if you right-click
the blank part,

84. ..same
options will
appear.

85. But if you simply want to
share a file,

86. ..just click “Share”.

87. This window will appear
to let you send the link.

88. Type-in the email address/es
and messages if necessary

89. …then click “Send”

90. For this link, you can only
use this if..

91. ..you’re not using the
free version of Dropbox.

92. On the other hand, for this

95. Photos, lets you view
pictures on your files.

96. Sharing, lets you view shared
files or folder.

97. Links, gives you a list of the
links you’ve created.

98. And Events, gives you a list of
activities you’ve done.
