  1. 1. HOW TO USE
  2. 2. To begin, go to your desktop and select your favorite browser
  3. 3. In this lesson, we will use Google Chrome browser
  4. 4. Double-click the icon to launch and run Google Chrome
  5. 5. Google Chrome home page will appear
  6. 6. Type dropbox.com in the address bar
  7. 7. Press the Enter key to navigate the dropbox website
  8. 8. Dropbox home page will be displayed
  9. 9. Let’s download the application. Click the “Download the app” link
  10. 10. Wait for the download to complete
  11. 11. When download is completed, click here
  12. 12. Click Open to start installing the dropbox app
  13. 13. A pop-up window will appear
  14. 14. Click the Run button to continue
  15. 15. Select the Yes button…
  16. 16. Wait for the application installer to be downloaded
  17. 17. Upon completing the download, dropbox will be installed
  18. 18. When installation is complete, a pop-up window will appear
  19. 19. Next, let’s setup your Dropbox account
  20. 20. Go back to Dropbox page
  21. 21. Click “Set up Dropbox” link
  22. 22. Sign up page will appear
  23. 23. Enter your full name
  24. 24. Enter your email address and desired password
  25. 25. Type the text appeared in the image
  26. 26. Tick the check box “I agree to Dropbox terms”
  27. 27. Click the “Sign up for free” button
  28. 28. You now have a Dropbox account set up
  29. 29. Let’s use your new account to login
  30. 30. Type your email address
  31. 31. Type your password
  32. 32. Click the Sign In button
  33. 33. Click the Open my Dropbox
  34. 34. Click Get Started
  35. 35. Click Next
  36. 36. Click Next again
  37. 37. Click Next once more
  38. 38. Finally, click Finish
  39. 39. Now, login to your email account
  40. 40. Enter your email address and click Next
  41. 41. Enter your password and click Sign In
  42. 42. Locate the email from Dropbox and click
  43. 43. Click Verify your email button
  44. 44. Login to your Dropbox account
  45. 45. Click Done
  46. 46. Your dropbox home page is displayed
  47. 47. Let’s add file, click Add a File
  48. 48. Click Choose files
  49. 49. Locate the files you want to upload
  50. 50. Click Open
  51. 51. Wait for the upload to complete…
  52. 52. Click Done
  53. 53. Let’s share the file we uploaded
  54. 54. Hover your mouse and click Share
  55. 55. Click Create a link
  56. 56. Enter the email address
  57. 57. Click Share
  58. 58. Your file was shared successfully
  59. 59. Now let’s view your uploaded file
  60. 60. Click the file
  61. 61. The file can be viewed
  62. 62. Close the file by clicking x
  63. 63. Now let’s create a folder
  64. 64. So you can organize your files
  65. 65. Right-click anywhere in your home page
  66. 66. Click New Folder
  67. 67. Type the name Finances
  68. 68. Folder Finances is now created
  69. 69. Click Finances folder
  70. 70. Finances folder is empty
  71. 71. Select multiples files from your computer
  72. 72. Drag and drop the files to your browser
  73. 73. Files are now inside the folder
  74. 74. Let’s upload photos to your folder
  75. 75. Select photos on your folder
  76. 76. Drag and drop the selected photos on your browser
  77. 77. Wait for the upload to complete
  78. 78. Notification will appear when upload is completed
  79. 79. Click the Photos folder
  80. 80. Photos inside the folder will be displayed
  81. 81. Select and click 1 photo to view
  82. 82. Let’s share it, click Share
  83. 83. Type in recipient’s email address
  84. 84. Click Send
  85. 85. Email sent successfully!
  86. 86. Now let’s share photos in Facebook
  87. 87. Hover the mouse and select the photos
  88. 88. Click the Facebook icon
  89. 89. Click “Share on your own Timeline”
  90. 90. Select and click “Share on a friend’s Timeline”
  91. 91. Type in your friend’s name
  92. 92. Type in your message
  93. 93. You can also tag friends
  94. 94. Specify the location
  95. 95. Add what you’re doing or feeling
  96. 96. Finally, click Post to Facebook
  97. 97. Photos are now shared
  98. 98. Let’s share a folder, click “Share a folder” button
  99. 99. Select “I’d like to share an existing folder”
  100. 100. Click Next
  101. 101. Click Finances folder
  102. 102. Click Next
  103. 103. Type the email address
  104. 104. Write your message
  105. 105. Click the Share button
  106. 106. Folder is now shared
  107. 107. Now let’s add your Gmail contacts
  108. 108. Click Add Gmail contacts
  109. 109. Click the right arrow button
  110. 110. Click the Allow button
  111. 111. Gmail contacts are added
  112. 112. Let’s invite friends so you more earn space
  113. 113. Click Invite friends
  114. 114. Type in your friend’s email address
  115. 115. Click Send
  116. 116. You have successfully invited your friends
  117. 117. Now let’s create or send screenshots
  118. 118. Select the computer screen you want to capture
  119. 119. On your keyboard press Ctrl + print screen
  120. 120. Link to captured screen is now on clipboard
