company, Chambers envisioned a spa of full–time specialists who would serve as personal wellness coaches (2). She wanted clients to be able to
experience high quality luxurious spa visits, without worrying about the high costs associated with recurring appointments. The idea and business
model originally created, matched what the global market and people wanted for spa services. People liked the idea of a personal wellness coach.
However, getting customers was not the problem. When hiring staff to fill these PWC positions, Chambers mentioned that the tips would be a large
part of their annual salary. Chambers also mentioned that most people tip twenty–five percent. Attracting salaried personal wellness coaches for ARISE
was a big step, as most spas are contract work. ARISE offers favorable benefits along with a luxurious place to perform spa treatments. However, after

The three types of commitment are said to be the cause of why people make deviant actions (Ulmer 2000:317). Whether people choose to behave
counternormatively depends on how they interpret the situation they are in (Ulmer 2000:317). Structural commitment has to do with the external
factors, which shape the actions of a person depending on the environment and the people involved (Ulmer 2000:318). Personal commitment has to do
with internal factors, whether a person wants to follow through with a certain action (Ulmer 2000:318). Moral commitment also involves internal
factors; however, these factors are not based on internal desire they are based on whether an action is believed to be right or wrong (Ulmer 2000:318).
Therefore, the threefold commitment theory states that people choose to make deviant acts based on a combination of these three factors. I believe
deviance regulation theory can be improved using the threefold commitment theory. One of the main problems with the deviance regulation theory is
that it focuses on one aspect of deviance, thus making it less generalizable. Deviance regulation theory can be compared to the personal commitment
aspect of the threefold commitment theory as it only focuses on internal factors. Such as one's desire to commit a deviant act based on how it will
positively impact them. Deviance regulation theory focuses on the desire to establish an identity through committing deviant acts. I believe deviance
regulation theory only focuses on internal factors that influence deviant behaviour, which is only one aspect of deviance. Whereas the threefold
commitment theory focuses on both internal and external influences of deviance, making the theory more generalizable to more people and contexts.

Psychological terror or mobbing in working life involves hostile and unethical communication, which is directed in a systematic way, by one or a few

investigate the factor structure of the Ethical Climate Questionnaire developed by Victor and Cullen (1988) within Turkish culture.

The Integrative Model Of Organizational Behavior
Organizational commitment is one of the two individual outcomes derived from individual mechanisms like job satisfaction, stress, motivation, trust,
justice, ethics, and learning and decision making. These mechanisms and outcomes can be found on the integrative model of organizational behavior
(OB). Colquitt, LePine, and Wesson defined organizational commitment in their Organizational Behavior 5th Edition book as the desire of an
employee to remain a member of the organization (p 64).
Being committed to an organization and going through different commitment stages is something that I personally experienced at my job. For the past
four years, I have been working at Dow AgroSciences LLC legal department. I started there as a high school Co–Op and continued an employment
with this company throughout college up to present time.
Reviewing types of commitment, I can tell that I experienced all three of them through different stages of my career at Dow. During my first two years,
I definitely felt an emotion–based affective commitment, which defined as the desire to stay with the company due to an emotional attachment to the
organization and its employees. With this commitment, employees stay because they want to (65). I was hired with two of my friends from high
school, so be able to work with them and building closer relationships was a big emotion–based factor. Other factors that made me want to stay there
was the professional atmosphere, flexible work hours, friendly coworkers, goal–driven job duties, and supportive supervisor. Having co–workers that
thank me for everything I do, motivates me to do my best at all tasks and built a desire in me to exceed others' expectations through my performance.
In the past two years, my commitment type slightly shifted to the continuance and normative commitment. Because two of my friends left Dow and
ratio of tasks challenge and my educational growth has not been balanced, I do not feel as motivated and interested in the work as I was in the
beginning of my career. Going through the Kelley School of Business helped me to acquire knowledge and skills that exceed my job tasks skills level.
Unfortunately, this creates boredom and assists with withdrawal behavior.

Reflection Of Service : The Principles For Success In...
From a young age, those who have the privilege to do service, seem to be taught that we do service because we have the ability to help and work
for the community. This has always been how it has been told and taught to me that we do service to help others and that you do not gain anything
for ourselves. Service is often seen as a "selfless" act, yet if this is how it's viewed everyone involved is missing a huge part of the service. Service
needs to start being taught and viewed as two–way street, not a one way. The change of how we view service has to start with the education and
conversations that often surround services. Starting at a young age, children have to be taught to see service as an act we do with a partner verses for
a partner. Yet until this class, I was largely raised on the idea that I was doing service for thecommunity not with. So I have to revamp my narrative of
service, through the readings, discussions, and other experiences I believe I have a few tools to deepen my mindset with. The reading that gave me
the best idea to strengthen my personal engagement was the Principles for Success in Service Learning–The Three Cs by Hidayat, Pratsch, and
Stoecker. Though I will be using concepts from other readings, I will use the framework and many of the topics discussed featured in The Three Cs to
express how I hope to become a better and more successful community member in my service.
