11. Step 1Put the flour in a large bowlThen add the 4 eggs, salt, vegetable oil and zest of lemon
12. Step 2 Use the whisk to mix together well, then pour the milk keep stirring until the mix becomes uniform
13. Make the crepesStep 3Turn the heat to medium to allow the frying pan to warm upMelt a little bit of butter in the frying pan to prevent it from sticking
14. Step 5 Use a serving spoon ( ladle) to put the crepes mix into the frying pan( just to make a thin layer) Move the frying pan in circle to evenly cover the pan with the mix
15. Turn the crepe and cook the other side for one minute approx, Flipping Just use the spatula
16. remove the crepe and place it in a serving plate ( don’t use any spoon because it should easily slide on the plate)
